CoreHW Power Management IC

CoreHW offers high-performance power management IP, including high-efficiency DC-DC converters, ultra-low-noise LDOs, and highly configurable building blocks for custom PMIC architectures.

Our IP portfolio is optimized for integration into SoCs and ASICs across diverse application domains such as telecom, wearables, automotive, industrial, medical, and consumer electronics — delivering precision regulation, low quiescent current, and scalable power topologies.

DC-DC Converters

Our portfolio include silicon-proven buck converters such as a 5A DC-DC regulator supporting 4.25–15 V input and fine-grained 0.6–1.4 V output (2.5 mV steps) with up to 90% efficiency, and a 500 mA buck converter with 2.4–5.5 V input and 0.5–3.6 V output (25 mV steps), achieving up to 94% efficiency.

Implemented on TSMC’s 0.18 µm and 0.13 µm BCD process, these converters support optional dual-phase operation and programmable outputs, making them ideal for digital cores, analog blocks, and compact SoCs.

Low-Dropout Regulators (LDOs)

We design ultra-low-noise LDOs optimized for RF, PLL, and sensor applications, with programmable output ranges (e.g., 0.7–1.5 V) and current capacities up to 40 mA. Built on advanced nodes like GF22 FDSOI, these LDOs offer excellent noise performance and are optimized for both analog-on-top and digital-on-top integration flows.
