CHW3021: 2.4 GHz RF Front-End IC

CHW3021 is a high-performance fully integrated RF Front-End IC with support for chip antenna and antenna swap for ISM band IoT applications to enhance the performance of various wireless devices.

It provides a high-efficient PA and LNA function. It contains an integrated small size chip antenna with superior antenna efficiency, tolerance, and temperature stability. CHW3021 is ideal for Bluetooth®, Zigbee, Thread and 2.4GHz ISM bands.

  • 2.4 GHz ISM band integrated PA:
    • +13 dBm @ 16 mA
    • Low power mode: +10 dBm @ 10 mA
  • 2.4 GHz ISM band integrated LNA (High-gain/Low-gain):
    • Gain: 15 dB @ 3.5 mA / 13.5 dB @ 2 mA
    • Noise figure: 1.9 dB / 2.3 dB
Integrated small size tunable chip antenna with excellent antenna efficiency: -1.0 dB
Antenna switch for primary and secondary antennas
Low current low loss by-pass mode
Accurate TRX-port 50 Ohm matching
No external matching components are needed
Package: 2.0 mm x 2.0 mm x 0.5 mm, 16 pin CSP BGA, Ball pitch is 0.5 mm
Wide supply voltage range: 1.8 V to 3.6 V
