Tomi-Pekka Takalo, CEO and co-founder of CoreHW, has been working over 20 years in semiconductor industry. Tomi-Pekka made a long career in Nokia as IC Chief Engineer, RFIC Architect and as RFIC and RF Program Manager. After Nokia Tomi-Pekka continued as RF & RFIC Program Manager and RF Lead Architect roles at STMicroelectronics and ST-Ericsson.
Together with four other partners, Tomi-Pekka founded CoreHW in 2013, continuing to deliver high quality custom ICs focusing on radio frequency.
Tomi Moilanen brings over two decades of industry experience as a leader in technology companies including TDK, Microsoft, and Nokia, focusing on RF technology and business development. Mr. Moilanen is responsible for CoreHW Design Service, IP Sales, and Marketing. Mr. Moilanen holds B.Sc. in electronics and Master of Engineering degree in Technology Business.
Mika Jäsberg brings over two decades of industry experience as a leader in technology companies including Nokia and Microsoft, focusing on semiconductor and SoC technology and business development. Mr. Jäsberg is responsible for CoreHW Component Business. Mr. Jäsberg holds M.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Helsinki University of Technology, Finland.
Antti Rauhala leads research and development and engineering at CoreHW. He is responsible for the company’s technical development and long-term technology roadmap. Antti has extensive experience in R&D and engineering leadership within technology-driven organisations. His background includes developing complex solutions and driving technical excellence across the product lifecycle. At CoreHW, Antti focuses on ensuring that technology development aligns closely with business and customer needs.
Milla Kuisma was appointed as the CoreHW HRD manager in 2018. Because of her diverse responsibilities in CoreHW, Ms. Kuisma has an in-depth understanding over the business strategy direction, markets, customers, and beyond all, the personnel and their wellbeing. Ms. Kuisma holds a Master of Arts degree in Languages and Communications from University of Tampere, Finland.
Riikka Puustinen is responsible for human resources and people development at CoreHW. She has experience in developing HR practices and operating models in expert and technology-driven organisations, with a focus on organisational development, leadership support, and change management. At CoreHW, Riikka supports the management team and ensures that people-related processes develop in line with the company’s growth and long-term objectives. She holds an MBA in Human Resources, Leadership, and Communications.
Mika Savioja brings over two decades of industry experience as a leader in technology companies including Broadcom and Nokia, focusing on Mixed-Signal ICs and Program Management. Mr. Savioja is responsible for CoreHW Program Management and Project Execution. Mr. Savioja holds M.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tampere University of Technology, Finland.
Tero Kainulainen has been working for over 20 years in semiconductor industry. He started his career at Nokia and successfully managed the development of several ICs and RF Modules to mass production. After Nokia Mr. Kainulainen worked in RFIC and RF Project Manager roles at STMicroelectronics, ST-Ericsson and Ericsson. Before joining CoreHW Mr. Kainulainen worked at NXP as System Project Manager responsible of RF & IC development in Automotive Wireless Communication systems. Mr. Kainulainen is responsible of CoreHW IP Business and Business Development.
Veijo Korhonen is Head of Product Creation at CoreHW, bringing over 30 years of deep experience in RF system development, testing, and productization across global technology sectors. His background spans RF front-end design, high-volume production, system qualification, and yield optimization. At CoreHW, he leads the transformation of advanced RTLS technology into scalable, real-world solutions.
Jussi Lemiläinen leads CoreHW’s RTLS Business Unit and is responsible for commercial execution, including sales and business development. He has extensive experience in international business and exports, having held senior leadership and CEO-level positions in technology and industrial companies.
His background includes building and scaling commercial operations, working closely with customers, and developing go-to-market models in global markets, with particular experience in the United States. At CoreHW, Jussi focuses on strengthening the commercial side of the RTLS business, developing long-term customer relationships, and building scalable go-to-market practices
