CoreLNAGNSSGF130SOI
GNSS LNA IP in GF130SOI for low-noise receiver applications.
Custom Low Noise Amplifiers for integrated RF receivers
Custom LNA design for RF and mmWave receivers, from architecture through validation and production support.

END-TO-END LNA DEVELOPMENT
CoreHW designs custom Low Noise Amplifiers for RF and mmWave receiver chains. Each design is optimized for minimal added noise and the application-specific balance of noise figure, gain, linearity, bandwidth, matching, current consumption, silicon area, packaging, and integration requirements.
CoreHW supports LNA development through the full development process, from requirements and architecture to RFIC design, layout, simulation, silicon bring-up, measurement, and production support.
WHY CUSTOM LNA DESIGN MATTERS
Custom LNA design is needed when receiver requirements cannot be met with a standard block. CoreHW can tailor the LNA for the required frequency band, noise figure, gain, linearity, bandwidth, input/output matching, current consumption, silicon area, supply voltage, package, and integration level. Typical design work balances these targets across PVT, stability, and layout/package effects.
