We are very excited to announce that CoreHW has been acknowledged as Finland’s Most Inspiring Workplace 2019!
The award is given to Finnish organizations that have achieved excellent results in a staff survey conducted by Eezy Spirit, and CoreHW has achieved the best results in the series of small organizations (30 – 149 employees).

The Eezy Spirit (formerly Corporate Spirit) personnel survey measures personnel’s commitment, and satisfaction towards their work, management and company culture. The results of the participating organizations have been compared with the Finnish workplace data, which consists of the responses of nearly 400,000 Finnish employees working in hundreds of organizations. The data comes from personnel surveys conducted by Corporate Spirit.
Based on the results of its personnel research, Eezy Spirit grants C-AAA qualifications to organizations that are recognized as the most inspiring workplaces in Finland. Their results are clearly better than the average of Finnish organizations. Finland’s Most Inspiring Workplaces award is granted to organizations employing at least 30 people in Finland. Recognition is based on a defined level of staff dedication and a reference standard defined by Eezy Spirit. Recognition is subject to this requirement of clearly exceeding the reference standard.
